I have over 21 year’s management experience in the telecommunications industry. I have a strong background in site builds including foundations, structural steel, towers, underground utilities, airport construction, telecommunications, and state highways.

Work History

2013-Present SAC Wireless Construction Manager Oversee project build for ATT NSB and ETTCS OHPA in markets. Familiar with AT&T, 502 quality standards, drivers and all aspects of the turf build. Ensure sites continue on time line per project plan. Preform safety audits on all in market teams.  Communicate work progress internally to responsible team members for reporting to the client.  Pre-construction plan and material reviews.  Responsible for review of all closeout documentation. 

2007- 2013 Telamon Corp. Wireless Project Manager Supplement wireless workforce department with multiple clients. Drive projects from site acquisition to completion. Worked in conjunction with sales teams to successfully deploy 40 sites for new start up WiMAX Company and create networks while working with RF engineers and site acquisition to implement optimal site builds for coverage areas. Develop actual building standards create review and finalize construction drawings while working with PE’s. Complete site document packages quality control drive test optimization. Manage AT&T LTE and UMTS builds (40 sites), and Verizon corrective action work. Quality audits for in shelter fiber optic installations and manage new installations for quality control corrections.

2007 T-Mobile Field engineer Minneapolis MN.  Responsible for managing crews on 200 plus UMTS upgrades. Also report progress, QA sites, developed strategies for completing difficult work in short maintenance windows. Document control and site optimization in coordination with RF Bridge.

ATT 3G project  Successful implementation of new electric panels on some 200 plus existing ATT sites, Logistics coordination with vendor’s clients and contractors, Site timeline reporting, Consult with engineers on drawings, Provide solutions for problems sites, Sketch and layout of sites for proper codes compliance, Evaluate bids and assign contractors Weekly reporting of implementation progress. Providing input on site design for contractor scope of work. Supervising construction crews as well as setting schedules. 

2000-2002 ATT Wireless Construction Coordinator Louisville Ky. Managed 350 new site builds from site design to final punch. Responsible for contractor evaluation, quality control and construction cost analysis using a bid matrix. Created materials list from site plans and coordinated contractor pick up of materials. Applied for all state building codes enforcement permits for shelters. Responsible for all local zoning and permitting issues. Input, review and redline of drawings in coordination with design engineering professionals. Provided contractor guidance with issues on sites. Reported schedules progress and time lines on a weekly basis. Coordinated with technical operations personnel to efficiently hand off sites for integration. Generated schedules with multiple contractors to efficiently hand off each phase of the construction process.
